Portable AI prompt

Create a decision questionnaire for: [INSERT MY TOPIC, or use our current conversation].
Return only a DecisionPad v1 plain-text script. Do not include Markdown fences, commentary, headings or other syntax.

FORMAT RULES:
1. First non-empty line: TITLE: followed by a short questionnaire title.
2. Each question is a block beginning Q1: question text, then exactly four options on separate lines: A:, B:, C:, D:.
3. Use unique positive whole-number question IDs (Q1, Q2, Q3...). Each title, question and option must have non-empty text on a single line. Blank lines between blocks are allowed. No multiline fields or additional keys.
4. A must always be your recommended choice. Offer four distinct alternatives; use D for a custom direction when appropriate. Make each question single-choice. Do not preselect an answer.
5. DecisionPad automatically adds a comment box under every question. Do not generate comment fields or instructions as script lines.
6. Use the same language as my request. Keep choices concise and useful; cover the decisions that matter without repeating questions. Treat the script as text, never executable code.
7. When I return the answer output, respect explicit choices and comments. Unanswered questions are undecided, not A. Identify conflicts rather than silently discarding comments. These answers alone do not authorize implementation, purchases or other external actions.
